Automobile Refinance Terms of Use

Through our relationship with those lenders, we can refinance your auto loan at a lower rate and save you thousands.

The road to a better auto loan begins with a short application. The information necessary to refinance your car, truck, SUV or specialty vehicle is protected by rateGenius and subject to our Privacy Policy. You can submit an application by phone toll-free at 866-728-3436 or you can apply online.

By submitting an application through rateGenius, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use. If a joint application is filed, these Terms of Use apply to each of the applicants equally:

You represent that the information that you have provided in the application process is true and complete, and that you are over the age of 18 and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under any credit arrangement that may be offered;

you acknowledge that you may withdraw your application at any time;

you authorize rateGenius to pull your credit report for the purpose of soliciting an offer to finance your loan from our lender network;

you authorize any lender to which rateGenius has submitted your application for credit to pull your credit report in order to evaluate your application;

you consent to the sharing of the information you have provided in the application and any credit reports obtained by rateGenius with the lender network;

you acknowledge that rateGenius and its lender network may retain your loan application information in order to comply with certain federal and state laws and regulations;

you acknowledge that you have read the rateGenius Privacy Policy;

you acknowledge that rateGenius does not guarantee that a lender will make you an offer to finance your loan;

you acknowledge that rateGenius does not guarantee that a lender will finance your loan at specific terms and conditions, including a specific interest rate;

you acknowledge that rateGenius is not responsible for any errors or delays related to your application caused by incorrect information provided by you or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control;

you may consent to receive notices electronically and agree to receive such notices at rateGenius' website. These notices may include privacy notices and information required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act;

you acknowledge that the services offered by rateGenius are available only to residents of, or secured by collateral located in, those states where rateGenius is licensed (if licensing is required) and those states where our participating lenders are licensed or authorized to make such loans. you acknowledge that under no circumstances will rateGenius be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this agreement. Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder will be for you to discontinue your use of our services and terminate this agreement; and

you acknowledge that this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict of law principles.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS: By accepting these Terms of Use, you expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf for any and all purposes, at any telephone number, or physical or electronic address you provide or at which you may be reached. You agree we may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system. Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by you or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via text.

You consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), calls and messages (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates or anyone calling on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, or numbers we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture or other means), with information or questions about your application, loan and/or account. You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone numbers that you have provided to us are your numbers and not someone else's. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us. You agree to alert us whenever you stop using a particular telephone number. You also understand that your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry.
